In "Triple A", parrots hold AAA batteries in their beaks, an unsettling play on the small, familiar objects that power our everyday lives. Their vivid beauty and intelligence are set against the stark intrusion of manufactured waste, transforming a seemingly playful image into an environmental warning. The batteries become symbols of a culture of convenience, while the birds embody the ecosystems that absorb its consequences. The work asks us to consider what happens when the natural world is forced to carry the weight of human consumption.
