To me, femininity is the universal source of creativity. In this painting an open window is the backdrop to a room filled with random objects, contrasting a linear feminine quality with masculine angularity via a fragmented negative and positive space. The blending of domestic objects with symbolic mechanical forms creates an atmosphere which explores the vulnerabilities of an inner world.
