You may use this website for lawful browsing, inquiries, advisory services, and artwork purchases. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, submit malicious code, or use the site in a way that could harm Art + Studio Advisory, artists, clients, or other visitors.

Website content provides general information about contemporary art advisory, art sourcing, collector guidance, interior design art consulting, and artist support services. Browsing the website or submitting an inquiry does not create an advisor-client relationship or guarantee a financial return from an artwork purchase.

Art acquisition decisions are personal and subjective. Advisory engagements, commissions, installation, and other custom services should be confirmed in a separate written agreement. Eligible artworks may be purchased directly through the catalog using Square checkout; pickup, delivery, and shipping are arranged separately as described below.

Artworks displaying a Purchase artwork button may be purchased through Square checkout while available. Artwork marked Price upon request requires an inquiry to confirm pricing and purchase arrangements.

Artwork availability can change. Viewing an artwork or starting checkout does not by itself complete a purchase. Keep your payment confirmation and contact us if you have questions about the status of an order.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Review the artwork details, price, any taxes shown, and the amount due on Square checkout before submitting payment. Shipping and delivery costs are not included in that checkout amount and are quoted and agreed upon separately as described below.

Square processes online payments for Art + Studio Advisory. Selecting Purchase artwork takes you to Square's hosted checkout. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Please direct questions about the artwork, your order, delivery, cancellations, or refunds to Art + Studio Advisory. Information about payment processing and the handling of personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

We offer three convenient options for receiving your artwork:

1. Local Pickup: Artwork may be picked up by appointment.
2. Tri-State Area Delivery: Delivery is available throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Arrangements and any applicable fees will be confirmed separately.
3. Domestic & International Shipping: Artwork can be professionally packed and shipped through a qualified art shipping agent.

Shipping & Delivery Costs: All shipping arrangements, including packaging, transportation, insurance, and associated fees, will be quoted and agreed upon separately based on the artwork's dimensions, destination, and the selected shipping provider. Shipping costs are not included in the listed artwork price.

For details about returns, refunds, and cancellations, please contact Deanna at creative@artplusstudioadvisory.com before purchasing.

For an existing order, include your name, the artwork title, your order or payment reference, and details of your request. Please contact Deanna for instructions before sending any artwork back.

If artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact Deanna as soon as reasonably possible with a description and photographs, if available. Any terms agreed for your purchase apply alongside your rights under applicable law.

When you submit an inquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information until a written agreement is in place. Do not send payment card numbers or security codes through our inquiry form or email. Use Square checkout for online payment details.

Submitting an inquiry does not require Art + Studio Advisory to accept a project or provide services.

The website, brand language, design, text, photographs, images, graphics, and other content are owned by Art + Studio Advisory or used with permission from artists, photographers, licensors, or partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork copyrights and moral rights remain with the applicable artists or rights holders unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

This website may link to third-party websites, artists, galleries, cultural organizations, or service providers. Art + Studio Advisory is not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, security, or business practices.

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Art + Studio Advisory does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that website content will always be complete, current, or accurate. This provision concerns the website and does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in connection with an artwork purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art + Studio Advisory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on website content.
